Who will lead our engagement?
Asif Rafique, FCA, leads the partner relationship. You will know who manages the work day to day and how significant questions reach the partner. We agree the timetable and communication arrangements at the outset.
Can you work alongside our finance team or accountant?
Yes. We agree who prepares each schedule, resolves queries and approves the information. Where additional services are requested alongside audit, we assess the applicable independence requirements before accepting the work.
How do we change advisers without disrupting deadlines?
Start with your deadlines and any unfinished work. With your authority, we make professional enquiries and plan the handover as part of acceptance. A move close to sign-off needs particular care. Understand the handover.
How are scope and fees agreed?
